Job Summary:
Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage Real Estate projects as part of the Global Real Estate team. This role will involve planning, documenting, and executing projects using industry-standard tools and methodologies to support the organization’s strategic objectives. The Senior Project Manager will report to the Global Real Estate team and work within the North America project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress towards deliverables using standardized tools, dashboards, and methodologies.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects, adhering to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide clear and concise Executive summary updates, including articulation of issues, risks, challenges, and mitigation options.
• Apply logical problem-solving techniques to address both technical and non-technical project challenges.
• Organize, plan, and execute efficient meetings with global participants, utilizing room command skills, MS PowerPoint, and communication technologies.
• Manage change control processes within projects and across interdependent projects.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal associates across the Global Diebold Nixdorf organization.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose initiatives and plans for their implementation.
• Generate and track project metrics in compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable for deliverables in a matrix organization.
• Interpret project data to assess project health and adjust activities as needed.
• Conduct and lead risk assessment sessions, executing mitigation or contingency plans as necessary.
• Effectively communicate challenging situations in a positive and productive manner to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage tasks for both yourself and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Real Estate / Facility Management experience is preferred.
• Strong project management experience, ideally in a global or matrix organization.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present updates to senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time, 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• Pay is on a W2 bi-weekly basis, ranging from $44.91/hr to $48.95/hr.
Salary : $45 - $49
