✔ Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and developers to create intuitive UI/UX designs.
✔ Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-friendly experiences for complex business processes.
✔ Work on all stages of product development—from discovery and research to UI design.
✔ Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to validate designs.
✔ Develop 'Design System' Libraries for UI/UX consistency and reusability.
✔ Ensure smooth UI handoff to development teams and collaborate on front-end and back-end integration.
✔ Participate in agile ceremonies like backlog grooming and sprint planning.
✔ Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
✅ 12 years of experience designing user interfaces for applications.
✅ Strong expertise in HTML, Bootstrap, Fluent UI, CSS, and JavaScript.
✅ Advanced understanding of site architecture and intuitive navigation design.
✅ 8 years' experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
✅ Hands-on experience designing and delivering products from start to finish in a cross-functional team.
✅ Exposure to ASP.NET C# and MVC applications.
✅ Strong grasp of secure UI design and coding practices.
✅ 8 years experience working in Agile methodology.
➕ UI/UX Certification (Highly Preferred)
➕ Experience designing native and cross-platform desktop and mobile apps
➕ Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC applications
➕ Expertise in creating User Journey Maps and conversational workflow diagrams
➕ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
