Job Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer orders, enter data into the system, and coordinate with the warehouse for shipments.
✔ Maintain customer relationships, handle inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with after-sales support.
✔ Assist the sales team in tracking order progress to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
✔ Compile and analyze daily and monthly sales reports to support business decisions.
✔ Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time product deliveries.
Job Requirements:
✔ Must be fluent in Chinese (spoken and written).
✔ At least 1 year of experience in clerical or sales support in the wholesale industry.
✔ Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
✔ Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
✔ Experience in the restaurant wholesale industry is a plus.
