Prestige Real Estate Management is looking to hire an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, enforcing community policies, and promoting resident retention. This role plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere while managing administrative functions such as leasing, rent collection, communication, and service coordination. The Assistant Manager must demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and excellent customer service skills in all resident and team interactions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects.
· Support leasing, move-in, renewal, and renters insurance compliance processes.
· Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and resident account follow-up.
· Drive resident retention efforts through ongoing engagement and service.
· Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
· Respond promptly to resident questions, complaints, and service requests.
· Communicate clearly and consistently with residents regarding community policies and updates.
· Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a respectful, well-maintained environment.
· Coordinate with maintenance to address service needs efficiently.
· Organize and promote community-building events and initiatives.
· Manage online presence through engaging content on social media and resident platforms.
· Track and maintain documentation of all resident interactions and service concerns.
· Prepare reports on resident satisfaction and recurring issues.
· Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with policies.
· Conduct regular resident check-ins to encourage feedback and address concerns.
· Train and support staff on resident service standards and policy implementation.
· Address emergencies or unexpected issues with professionalism and urgency.
· Recommend improvements or procedural updates based on resident feedback, with PRM approval.
· Ensure model units and common areas are clean, presentable, and welcoming.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform light lifting
· Must be able to navigate property grounds and inspect units as needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Onsite property, standard office hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ; Saturdays are required.
· Combination of office, community space, and property site tasks
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
