Operations Manager - ABA Therapy Center

Dashi Rivers Autism Care is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients. Our mission is to empower individuals with autism through evidence-based therapy while creating a supportive environment for clients and their families.

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the vital link between our clinical team, clients, and insurance providers. You'll oversee the administrative operations that keep our center running smoothly while ensuring our clients receive seamless service from intake through treatment.

Authorization Management

• Complete, track, and maintain client authorizations with insurance companies
• Communicate effectively with clients and clinical staff regarding authorization status
• Collaborate on resolving insurance denials

Client Intake Process

• Manage the comprehensive intake process for new clients
• Ensure all documentation is properly completed and entered into Central Reach
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic client care

Office Management

• Oversee daily business office operations
• Maintain center credentialing
• Manage office supplies and clinical inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors
• Support budget planning and monitoring
• Assist with staffing requisitions, coordination and orientation
• Plan and coordinate clinic meetings and events

Financial Administration

• Manage private pay communications and billing
• Generate and send invoices
• Record and reconcile payments
• Handle collections procedures when necessary
  

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Three (3) years of experience working in the ABA field
• Strong understanding of insurance authorization processes
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• CPR Certification
• Clean background check

Preferred:

• Experience with Central Reach software
• Knowledge of ABA therapy processes
• Familiarity with BACB ethical guidelines
