- Manage and release digital assets to retailers, DD.com, and Amazon, ensuring proper naming conventions and specifications ">
- Organize and request samples from the Product Development team to facilitate smooth project execution ">
- Assist in photoshoot preparation, data organization, and logistics to ensure seamless processes ">
- Coordinate with retouching vendors for image updates and enhancements ">
- Track project timelines and communicate updates to the Creative Operations Manager ">
- Accurately log Pantone colors and necessary data related to packaging artwork ">
- Purchase and manage creative department supplies through GA, maintaining department inventory ">
- Prepare materials and documents for department meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions ">
Requirements:

- CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A RELEVANT ACADEMIC PROGRAM (E.G., GRAPHIC DESIGN, MARKETING, ART, OR SIMILAR FIELDS) ">
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus ">
