Dashing Diva is a dynamic company seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented SCM Associate to support and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. They will develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, analyzing supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Production, and Logistics) to ensure smooth operations, sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely procurement of materials while maintaining cost and quality targets.
The successful candidate will oversee warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes, monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment strategies to avoid shortages or overstock. They will also work with logistics partners to optimize transportation costs and delivery efficiency.
