Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Renovation Project Manager to oversee various initiatives related to property development, maintenance, and improvement. Travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related initiatives such as renovations, construction projects, or landscaping improvements
- Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Allocating resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives
- Facilitating clear and consistent communication among project team members to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets company standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the satisfaction of all involved.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for liaising with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, stakeholders, and clients
- A keen eye for detail is important for ensuring accuracy in project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Willing to travel
- Experience: Preferred 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
