Renovation Project Coordinator

Job Overview

Dasmen Residential is seeking a full-time Renovation Project Manager to oversee various initiatives related to property development, maintenance, and improvement. Travel is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related initiatives such as renovations, construction projects, or landscaping improvements.
• Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Allocating resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives.
• Facilitating clear and consistent communication among project team members to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Addressing challenges and obstacles that arise during project implementation, finding solutions to keep projects on track.

• The ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
• A keen eye for detail is important for ensuring accuracy in project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
