We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Directly supports the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Data entry, expansive reporting, filling, answering phones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
