What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Administrator for UKG Systems position at Dassault Aviation?
As a highly skilled HRIS Administrator at Dassault Aviation, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for our UKG HRIS system. This role involves providing security, application, configuration, testing of system changes, new product releases, and reporting support to our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in HRIS systems administration, preferably with UKG Pro products and Work Force Management. They should be able to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and create end-user documentation.
You will work closely with our Director, HR Transformation & the Director, HRIS Projects, and payroll teams to develop and maintain SME procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Additionally, you will participate in HRIS and payroll related projects to streamline and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
