What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROJECT MANAGEMENT CO-OP position at Dassault Aviation?
JOB SUMMARY :
As a Project Management Co-Op, you will create and manage basic configuration documents, attend review meetings, along with invoice reviews and corrections. Such documents may require investigation into the details of applicability as well as accuracy, communicating and updating findings using collaboration matrixes in web-based tools and databases. This position is onsite only.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) :
- Perform technical evaluation of basic aircraft invoicing including applicability, ensure correct chargeability with analysis, etc. Research and understand the discrepancies and support updates with their technical impact.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and other organizations to establish a correct cost / charging configuration and update the documents with the required corrections.
- Maintain and communicate the status of basic invoicing to include estimations from accounting and ensure consistency.
- Demonstrate creative and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.
- Recommend, initiate, and complete Industrial Program process / procedure improvements.
- Regularly demonstrate initiative and the ability to be pro-active.
- Work closely with the IP staff and management assisting when required.
- Accept additional assignments / projects as directed by supervision.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ensure Company processes and follow procedures closely.
