Nous souhaitons accueillir un VIE (Volontaire International en Entreprise) pour une mission de 18 mois au sein du centre de complétion Falcon de Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) sur le site de Little Rock dans l'Arkansas (États-Unis). Cet établissement de la filiale américaine de Dassault Aviation, rassemble 1800 personnes qui conçoivent et réalisent les aménagements clients des avions d'affaires Falcon.
- Description of your tasks : o Responsible for following and monitoring up to 3 aircraft’s cabinet shipsets during the Final Assembly phase of the Cabinet Fabrication process of Falcons.o Manage the kick-off in production of cabinet shipsets in terms of supply chain, manpower, tooling and methods availability.o Create and maintain daily Gantt charts per cabinet.o Report daily on production progress (Quality, Cost and Schedule).o Ensure all cabinets are reaching the various production milestones together, work and propose solutions to cabinets not meeting the schedule or quality objectives.o Monitor Customer, Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering changes and ensure proper engagement from all parties around change management.o Elevate major issues issues using the ANDON system.o Organize major milestones such as cosmetic inspection and cabinet’s delivery.o Organize aircraft RETurn of EXperience meeting (RETEX)o Fluent in English (essential)o Master’s degree of Engineering (Education in Production and industrial systems engineering or mechanical engineering is prefered)o Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing Merci de nous adresser votre LM ET CV en français ET en anglais impérativement Pour être éligible au VIE, vous devez impérativement correspondre aux critères ci-dessous : Etre âgé(e) de moins de 28 ans au moment du départ pour le VIE.Pour un VIE de 18 mois : vous êtes diplômé ET vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au minimum 52 semaines à plein temps en entreprise (stages , alternance, prestation, intérim) en rapport avec la mission VIE.Votre niveau d'anglais doit être suffisamment courant pour effectuer le VIE aux USA (TOIEC minimum 850 points).
