MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma; bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred or 5 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse
Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft
Demonstrated leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive process
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Certification in lean or Six Sigma
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation and

PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) :
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive engagement and accountability of junior associates.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy, reduce stock outs, and minimize unnecessary overhead and waste.
Analyze data on warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and inter-departmental satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, business units and back shops, to ensure alignment of warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
Champion continuous improvement efforts, leveraging lean principles and technology solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
Conduct audits of records, storage facilities, and operational procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse operations, providing support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, facilitating communication and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the onboarding, and training of new warehouse personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in warehousing and logistics, and proactively share insights with the team.
