- Accomplishes all work while following company and industry safety standards while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data.
- Performs non-destructive testing per applicable maintenance manuals, procedures, and written instructions.
- May perform aircraft maintenance (including inspection), preventive maintenance and alteration.
- Prepare necessary FAA, customer or company documents.
- Complete and maintain other reports and records as required.
- Accurately log computerized labor data collection for time and attendance tracking.
- Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times.
- Able and willing to mentor others.
- Able to communicate technical information clearly to supervisory personnel, flight crews and customers.
- Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested.
- Ability to travel and perform AOG maintenance.
- Occasionally communicates directly with customers and vendors.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
