Summary of Duties
The primary responsibility of this position is to execute the functions related to aircraft accounting in an accurate, efficient manner. This includes work effort in the accounting, budgeting, and analysis of each aircraft transaction. Additional duties comprise maintaining, reviewing, and analyzing commissions’ calculations, training accrual, and various account analysis. This position will assist the director in the preparation of the Aircraft budget and forecast, Cash forecast and Month-end reports. Also, will be an active participant in the development and administration of department internal controls and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) :
- Aircraft Accounting :
Maintain and prepare schedules, reports, and journal entries for new and pre-owned aircraft transactions.
Prepares commissions requests for New and Pre-Owned Aircraft orders and deliveries.
Reviews aircraft contracts to prepare training cost forecast for each new aircraft delivery and provides to director.
Responsible for maintaining account analysis and reconciliations.
Assists during Budget and PRM process.
