This position involves managing the warranty programs' claim process, identifying process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience and smooth claim process.
You will work closely with the Material group to help them ensure vendor accountability for warranty-related costs due to parts defects or quality issues. You will implement process feedback loops with quality assurance and engineering teams to address parts' issues that contribute to warranty claims.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing warranty claims data to identify trends, root causes, and recurring parts' issues.
- Setting up detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting claims performance, recovery rates, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Providing general administrative support to the warranty team as needed.
