The Director of Sales – DELMIA is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team to drive sustainable business growth across both direct and channel sales. Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. - Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of transformation and revenue growth.
- Define and implement the geographic sales strategy, ensuring effective execution in the field.
- Drive sales performance based on Dassault Systèmes' value-driven framework.
- Support sales experts within the team to achieve their quotas.
- Develop and optimize sales strategies and coverage for the assigned territory.
- 10 - 15 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Background in manufacturing execution, manufacturing planning, or engineering is a plus.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industries
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary : $251,033 - $326,000
