Dassault Systemes Americas is seeking a self-motivated, technically IT Services & Support Engineer this is a fulltime position located in Detroit, MI; you will play a key role and be a part of a support team in managing and providing comprehensive support for end-user devices; including laptops, desktops, and tablets, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
* Ensure robust security of end-user devices by maintaining compliance with EDR, SNA, and SCCM standards, safeguarding the integrity of security environments.
* Proactively address and resolve security vulnerabilities and incidents within Windows workstation OS environments to maintain a secure infrastructure.
* Monitor and troubleshoot security patch compliance on Windows workstations, maintaining operational security and stability.
* Facilitate operating system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions for unsupported systems across Windows and Mac platforms.
* Deliver expert-level support (L1/L2) for Active Directory, Zero Touch Networking Access, SSO, and Unified Communication systems, driving efficiency and system reliability.
* Provide hands-on assistance for local printing, audiovisual systems, and collaborative environments, adhering strictly to corporate standards.
* Lead regional and local IT projects, including technical reviews and evaluations of new technologies, providing strategic recommendations for improvements.
* Oversee IT operations utilizing Dassault Systemes support tools, ensuring optimal performance and resolution.
* Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for L2 support, including approval workflows, resolution time, user satisfaction, and respect, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
* Document and maintain procedures to guarantee business continuity and operational resilience in various environments.
* Other Job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
* 6-7 years of IT Support & Administration experience, ideally in global or multi-national settings.
* Expertise in OS management (installation, optimization, security).
* Good understanding in PowerShell scripting, MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft OS.
* Experience with- Excel & PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
* Team-player, self-motivated, able to execute tasks independently and professionally supporting critical business environments
* Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with senior business leaders.
* Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
* Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Analytical, innovative, and eager to learn, with a high-energy, problem-solving mindset.
* Fluency in English is required
* Ability to lift 40 Lbs
* Travel 10-20% required
Preferred Skills:
* Proficient in tools-SCCM, CrowdStrike, ForeScout, BeyondTrust, and Zscaler.
* Deep understanding of networking, security practices, and cloud platforms.

"Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $94,900 and $122,400, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus"
