Dassault Systemes is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Development Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on building pipelines across North America and Latin America. In this role, you'll work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to convert warm leads into high-quality sales opportunities
- Lead a team of 6-8 Outbound BDRs to generate qualified leads for Client Sales, Online Sales, and Partner Sales teams
- Collaborate with direct sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure your Team meets and exceeds individual and Company objectives
- Provide coaching and mentorship to help your Team achieve pipeline and performance goals
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure lead generation targets are consistently met
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in software sales management
- 3 years of experience in software sales, including cold calling and pipeline generation or similar experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in either Waltham, MA, or San Diego, CA
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $122,100 and $143,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
