Our team has an immediate opening for an MBSE Services Director to join and lead our System Engineering high-end consulting practice from a remote office in the US. The purpose of the Director is to define and manage the transformation path toward an integrated Global MBSE Solution, enabling the customer to achieve the business objectives leveraging 3DS Know How and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, through our Value Engagement model.

* In this role you will develop business case and business strategies to capture the untapped market of CATIA Magic's 5 million users base.
* You will have the opportunity to manage the team of CATIA Magic Architects and consultants along with 3DX platform solution architects.
* As the Director you will define integrated MBSE Global Solution enabling the customer to perform his Business strategy providing:
o The coverage of his whole business processes with the expected business value while guarantying the final workability and relevancy of the MBSE solution
o The contribution to the Business Objectives achievement leveraging 3DS know how within the valuable usage of 3DEXPERIENCE platform/No Magic according the Industry Business Challenge of the customer.
o The Solution engineering by promoting CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systemes, considering the market trends.
o The expertise on the Value Engagement process to operate and orchestrate the MBSE solution Engineering from the Solution Vision to the Solution Delivery
- You will manage and oversee the delivery of consulting services to clients on correct application of MBSE and Cyber Systems model/authoring products and applications (including NoMagic, TRM/TRA, Dymola, etc) to the systems engineering lifecyle.
- Define Global MBSE Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS KnowHow to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
- Develop and apply enterprise evaluation, assessment, and analysis, prognostic and diagnostic practices that we use to synthesize client evolution roadmaps to their future success.
- Develop and apply architecture analysis competencies that build on the basic MBSE competencies to deliver advanced consulting to the client business and or specific programs.
- Earn OSCMP certification for SysML
- Up to 50% travel may be needed (currently travel demands are around 20%)
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS or PhD - in an engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience in Systems' Engineering disciplines
- 3-10 years using one or more system design or architecture modeling tools
- Experience with No Magic Tools
- Experience with architecture and requirements elicitation, elaboration, elucidation and analysis using system architecture tools - specifically CATIA Magic tools (Cameo, Reqtify, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of SysML and MBSE best practice and the demonstrated ability to elaborate using model-based methods of recommendations on either
- Experience implementing MBSE solutions, most preferred CATIA Magic
- Experience with DODAF, UAF, or other enterprise architecture frameworks
- Working knowledge of the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook Technical Processes or ISO/IEEE 15288 (SE Process), 24748-1 (Lifecycle Management), -2 (application of 15288), -4 (Planning), & -8 (Tech Reviews and Audits)
- Knowledge and expertise in Application of Architecture Process (ISO-42010), architecture Governance, Management, and Evaluation Processes (ISO-42020), and Architecture Evaluation Methods (ISO-42030).
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
Additional desired success factors
- Experience with teaching or delivering technical curriculum/training
- INCOSE Certification (ASEP or CSEP)
- One or more levels of OCSMP certifications, one or more Architecture Certifications
* Knowledge of Standards: ISO, SAE, EIA, IEEE, ANSI, RTCA, etc.
* Knowledge of the NASA, Federal, and Defense Acquisition System (DAS, JCIDS, & PPBE).
* Good verbal and written communication
* Ability to work autonomously with very little guidance

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $165,000 and $210,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
