Sales Expert

Dassault Systemes, provides businesses and individuals with virtual universes to design sustainable innovations. We are seeking a Sales Expert to join the Iterop team and support our growing client base.

Role Description & Responsibilities

As a Sales Expert, you will enable and support sales teams across Dassault Systemes' ecosystem, ensuring they are equipped to sell Iterop solutions effectively. Your key responsibilities include:

• Educating and training sales teams on Iterop's value proposition.

• Assisting sales teams with complex deals and strategic coaching.

• Promoting Iterop projects with a value-driven sales approach.

• Establishing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

• Collaborating with Marketing, Consulting, and R&D teams to enhance sales and product strategy.

• Ensuring compliance with Dassault Systemes' contractual and legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Software Development, or Business.

• 5 years of experience in pre-sales, digital transformation, business development, or software sales.

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Technical affinity and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise IT environment.

• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• • Sales strategy development and execution.

  • CRM tools proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent).

  • Understanding of cloud computing and process automation.

  • Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range is between $182,000 and $220,000, including base salary and target bonus.
