DELMIA Hosted Solutions is looking for a motivated Senior Delivery Engineer to join our team in Radnor, PA, in an onsite / hybrid role.

• In this role you will have an opportunity to work with, implement and constantly optimize revolutionary technology supporting our clients in a post-sales environment
• Contribute to overall service delivery for clients by ensuring the infrastructure and product implementation runs smoothly and evolves within their fast moving and ever changing landscape of needs to ensure best use of our products
• You will be implementing, maintaining and deploying customer applications as well supporting these technical complex deployments
• You will provide excellent customer support, where your planning and communication skills are equally needed as your technical skills;
• You will assist the team in overall day-to-day operation for delivery team;
• You will acts as support to analyze and resolve customer incidents, which can be outside office hours and / or during weekends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support business requirements
• This role requires weekend work on as as needed basis, no more than once a month as well as attendance to meetings during off hours twice weekly to meet with global team

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $100,000 - $120,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
