The DCAA Compliance Consulting Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Daston’s ERP and Software solutions to its clients. This includes managing and mentoring consulting teams, ensuring project success, cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the NetSuite practice. The DCAA Compliance Consulting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, project profitability, and the successful execution of the company’s NetSuite practice goals

What You’ll Do:
As a DCAA Compliance Consulting Manager, you will be overseeing the entire software implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing support. You will be responsible for:
- Managing Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Delivery: Leading and delivering successful software implementations on time and within budget, ensuring projects align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our NetSuite practice.
- Practice Development: Mentoring and developing our consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need:
- Government Contractor Experience: A solid understanding of the government contracting industry, including its unique accounting and compliance requirements.
- Enterprise Resource Planning Expertise: Proven experience implementing and customizing ERP solutions (such as Unanet, Jamis, Deltek or NetSuite)
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and motivate teams, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, computer science, information technology or equivalent, required.
- Government Contractor experience required.
- A consulting background with a record of delivering Enterprise Relationship Planning (ERP) solutions within defined time frames and budgets.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong business expertise, keen understanding of business needs, and ability to ensure technical solutions, strategies, practices, and governance deliver business and customer value.
