Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications.
Responsibilities
- Utilize CAM programming software to create CNC programs
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar software for geometry and programming
- Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controls
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with operating precision measuring instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
