What are the responsibilities and job description for the Azure Cloud Architect position at Data Concepts?
Overview:
- Architect will need to make recommendations on lift and shift and on-premise to cloud native migrations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Azure network and storage architectures
- Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Services (examples Azure Key Vault, Entra ID, etc.)
- Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Functions, Azure Web App/App Service, Containers, micro-services architecture and server-less architecture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud security principles including zero-trust, network segmentation, just-in-time access, conditional access etc.
- Experience in managing cloud-based security posture activities including vulnerability remediation, perimeter defense architecture, encryption
- Knowledge and experience in DevOps including Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience in data storage products like SQL Server, Oracle. Knowledge of non-relational data storage products like Cosmos DB.
- Microsoft Certification in Azure Solutions Architect
