Overview:
- Research policies and processes.
- Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.
- Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new services.
- Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media.
