Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a Identify and Access Management Engineer to join our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and training of both IT and business professionals. You’ll provide managerial support for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.
Responsibilities:
- IAM Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement IAM solutions integrated with D365, SailPoint, Entra ID, and SAP environments.
- Access and Identity Governance: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) policies to enforce least-privilege principles.
- Automation and Integration: Use tools like Terraform and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate IAM processes and user lifecycle management.
- User Lifecycle Management: Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews for enterprise users and applications.
- Monitoring and Security: Utilize Azure Defender, SailPoint IdentityNow, and other tools to strengthen IAM security posture.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security, compliance, and business units, to align IAM solutions with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Nice to haves:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in IAM engineering, with a focus on D365, SailPoint, Entra ID, and SAP.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing SailPoint, Entra ID, Azure AD Conditional Access, and SAP IAM modules.
- Hands-on experience with identity governance tools, role mining, and access certification.
- Experience in shell scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automating IAM workflows.
- Familiarity with integrating IAM systems with hybrid cloud environments.
