What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Data Dimensions, LLC?
Purpose: The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support for full cycle recruiting by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants to fill entry-level and professional job openings.
Conducts employment related research and assists human resources team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
Refers appropriate candidates to Human Resources Generalist.
Provides support coordination of recruitment and related projects to supervisors, hiring managers, and HR team.
Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve processes.
Assists in background check and clearance management process by initiating clearance for new hires and the management of annual requirements of training or other clearance documentation.
Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care and ensure awareness of and compliance with employment regulations and laws.
Maintain and build upon understanding of regulations and compliance expectations related to recruiting practices. Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements –
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
Associate’s degree from a two-year college in Human Resource Management or related degree and/or 3-5 years’ relevant experience working in recruiting.
Ability to easily adapt to changing business needs, conditions, and responsibilities.
Ability to influence others to achieve understanding, acceptance, and commitment to act in support of ideas, programs, policies, and causes.
Superior recruiting and staffing experience.
Considerable skill in communication and professionalism.
Conscientiousness and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
Expertise in performing multiple tasks at the same time without errors.
Team player who is able to withstand the high demands of a fast-paced environment.
Apply excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
