Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position plays a key role within the sales organization, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The Sales Support Specialist will provide vital assistance to the sales team and leadership, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals.
We prefer for this position to be full-time, but we are flexible with hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Sales Support:
- Assist and support National Account Executives with administrative tasks to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Generate and distribute sales performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights for the CRO and team.
Administrative Support for the Chief Revenue Officer:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the CRO to improve team performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in direct sales, sales support, account management and/or high-level administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.HubSpot) is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Education
High School Diploma required, College preferred
