About the role:
A Property Management Back Office Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of Lacy Management. You will provide essential behind-the-scenes support to ensure efficient operations and effective communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- π Administrative Tasks: Provide data entry, document management, and accurate record-keeping to assist property management teams.
- π Lease Administration: Support lease administration processes. Prepare and manage lease files, including renewals and compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- π Tenant Communication: Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues with property managers.
- π§ Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor quotes, work orders, and repair activities while maintaining vendor records.
- π Reporting: Create regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, financial metrics, and maintenance activities.
- π Compliance and Legal Support: Stay informed and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property management regulations. Assist in drafting legal documents like lease agreements and eviction notices.
- π» Technology Management: Utilize property management software and stay updated with the latest tools to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualification:
- Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required. Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
