As a Psychometrician at Data Recognition Corporation, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and developing large-scale assessments
* Analyzing assessment data to inform decision-making and support test development
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop psychometric solutions
* Conducting psychometric analyses, including classical test theory (CTT) and item response theory (IRT)
- A Doctoral degree in Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, or related discipline
- ~1 years of experience working with educational assessment data
- ~5 years Demonstrated experience with psychometric modeling and statistical data analysis
