Your Role & Responsibilities
As an IT Engineer, you will:
- Manage and support network, security, and virtual server infrastructure using technologies like VMware, Cisco, and Palo Alto.
- Oversee firewall administration, endpoint security, and disaster recovery solutions to protect company assets.
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure, solve performance issues, and ensure reliability.
- Lead projects to implement innovative solutions, including AI and machine learning applications in IT tasks.
Skills & Experience You ll Bring
Technical Expertise:
- VMware vSphere (6/7/8), Storage Area Networks (SANs), and vSAN.
- Microsoft SQL Server (2012 ), PowerShell scripting, and Windows Active Directory (2012 ).
- Networking with Cisco/Dell Switches, Juniper, and Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto).
- Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of App Insights, Stream Analytics, and Machine Learning/AI applications in IT.
- Familiarity with Macintosh and Linux systems.
Experience:
- 5 years managing and maintaining networks, servers, and security in a heterogeneous environment.
- Proven success in disaster recovery planning, system optimization, and IT performance troubleshooting.
