Demonstrates the ability to manage and organize multiple release work intake candidates (i.e., defects, change requests); Demonstrates experience
tracking and updating the status of work intake items; Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and to assign priority to all
change requests and work intake items.

Minimum of 3 years experience with ServiceNow, including the ability to translate business needs to requirements. In addition, demonstrates a deep
understanding and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform from management, architecture and functional perspectives.

Minimum of 3 years experience leading a help desk in a large-scale environment (supporting more than 500 users); Demonstrates understanding of
incident and problem management; Holds ITL Certification

Minimum of 2 years experience with RTC management software; Demonstrates the ability to enter and manage defects, change requests, action items and
other artifacts for multiple stakeholders across an enterprise.

Presents or described examples of being detail oriented and the ability to manage work load independently.

Minimum of 5 years experience with large scale IT projects; Holds PMP Certification

Demonstrates the ability to perform and function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing incidents and problems within an Integrated Eligibility
System from start to finish

Experience in developing strategic plans and vision for the ServiceNow platform including upgrades and new functionality.
