Job Title: BI Data Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)
Duration: Long term
Job Responsibilities:
REQUIRED:
- Experience Required: 5 or more years of professional Data Development experience with relational database systems, utilizing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above.
- Demonstrated experience and capability developing in Power BI and other BI and Data Visualization tools
- SQL Server development using T-SQL and SSIS, plus intermediate- to advanced-level relational database modeling and design
- Strong understanding of query optimization, SQL Indexing, and other database performance tuning concepts and techniques
- recognize and apply data systems development patterns and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership
- Ability to respectfully question ideas and share a point of view with others in support of the business requirements and needs
- proactively solve complex problems, applying creative solutions to ensure business needs are most effectively met
- Effectively collaborate with both technical and business experts alike
- work with a minimal amount of direction while being proactive in keeping management and coworkers informed of project related issues
