Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Autoagent’s platform.
- Educate clients on best practices and features to maximize their use of the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding and Tech to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Gather customer feedback to help drive product and service improvements.
- Support training initiatives and documentation efforts to enhance client understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven customer support is a plus.
