The Inventory & Procurement Associate is responsible for managing the company’s inventory levels by tracking stock, placing purchase orders, and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining appropriate inventory levels through data analysis and forecasting. The primary goal is to ensure the efficient and seamless flow of materials and products, meeting customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing operational effectiveness.

Key Duties and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a procurement role or similar role / 3-5 years’ buying or purchasing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties
- Purchase products and raw materials to meet demand / responsible for accuracy of inventory counts
- Negotiation skills involving identifying cost-saving opportunities with vendors
- Data Analysis including monitoring inventory trends and demand forecasting
- Proficient in using supply chain management tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software, forecasting tools); Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel pivot tables & v-lookups
- Strong Attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
