Title: CLS RFID Label Detection-Inspection Machine
Status: Full-time, on-site, O’Fallon, MO
2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:30pm-Midnight (After training on day shift)
Job Purpose: Responsible for the quality inspection of finished product, being able to recognize what constitutes bad product and what needs to be removed from the finished product roll. The workload will consist of a continuous workload of products coming off of our insertion equipment. The Operator will need to learn how to operate the inspection table and be dependable to have a constant throughput of product.

Manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud from equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, as well as sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

- Be primarily responsible for efficiently reworking rolls with bad product.
- Responsible for slitting down rolls to required number per roll.
- Rewind table operator.
- Inspect finished stocks for quality and accuracy.
- Other similar responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one year industry experience.
- Ability to learn new equipment and procedures as required.
