About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Parts Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth and optimize inventory management. This role focuses on increasing parts sales, developing strategic marketing programs, and managing supplier relationships while collaborating with procurement to ensure inventory aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase parts revenue and expand market share.
- Implement competitive marketing programs to drive demand and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure exclusive promotions.
- Oversee pricing models, adjust strategies based on cost fluctuations, and ensure profitability.
- Maintain ERP system (Acumatica) for pricing, inventory management, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, customer service, and finance to improve efficiency.
- Expand e-commerce sales channels and optimize online parts sales.
- Monitor inventory turnover, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in parts sales and marketing (turf maintenance equipment, automotive, or related industries preferred).
- Strong sales leadership with a track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred), CRM tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of strategic pricing, vendor negotiations, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Some college coursework completed in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
