Our DataBank Operations facility in Huntingdon Valley, PA, is pleased to announce that we are seeking 3 new team members to join the Document Processing Validation & Quality Control Production Team. This high-profile position will be responsible for the full production document cycle, which includes Document Prepping, Scanning, Classification and Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
This is a full-time, permanent, fully benefited opportunity and will include training and a generous Total Rewards package.

Responsibilities
Document Prepping
- Remove clips. Staples, rubber bands from documents
- Organize assigned pages into logical documents and determine appropriate attachments
- Record or log date, time or other information requested
- Maintain page break formats, and the integrity and proper conditions of client material
- May complete correction sheet
Scanning
- Efficiently scan documents and complete projects per the job specifications
- Operate and maintain scanners in accordance with specifications and regulations
- Complete minor maintenance on the scanner when needed
- Maintain a neat and clean area around the scanner
- Complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately
- Maintain established production quotes and project standards
Quality Control/Assurance
- Conduct quality checks on documents
- Verifying accuracy of document classification
- Ensure documents are validated for all patient information and data points
- Follow instructions and communicate with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
- 1-2 years Document Prepping and QC/QA experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Maintain confidentiality of client information per client guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems
- Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. throught the day
