Full Cycle Document Production Expert

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Document Prepping: Remove clips, staples, rubber bands from documents, organize assigned pages into logical documents, and determine appropriate attachments.
• Scanning: Efficiently scan documents and complete projects per the job specifications.
• Classification: Physically identify document types and separate them according to manager instructions.
• Quality Control/Assurance: Conduct quality checks on documents, verify accuracy of document classification, ensure documents are validated for all patient information and data points.
