Our Huntingdon Valley location is seeking a qualified Weekend Document Prepper to join the Production Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have hands-on work experience with responsibilities for ensuring that customer documents are prepared and scanned with maximum quality, accuracy, and speed, according to the job priority and specifications.


This job is a part-time, permanent position and we are seeking a new team member to join the following shift - This could also be a full time position, if needed - schedule can be negotiated.

Required:

  • Sat: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Sun 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

The position will be based out of our Huntingdon Valley Data Management Services location at:

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The role requirements for this position are to perform a variety of specialized prepping or general production duties as follows:


Prepping:

  • Remove clips. Staples, rubber bands
  • Affix numbers assigned to each page
  • Correctly and swiftly alphabetize or place in numerical order
  • Organize assigned pages into logical documents and determine appropriate attachments
  • Record or log date, time or other information requested
  • Perform various functions relating to document conversion
  • Retrieve and return documents to secure repository and maintain integrity and proper conditions of client materials
  • Maintain page break formats, and the integrity and proper conditions of client material
  • Review coded information to ensure accuracy to match contractual amounts
  • May locate and record log numbers of documents containing errors
  • May complete correction sheet

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D Certificate
  • Maintain confidentiality in relation to documents or projects being serviced
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Ability to effectively receive and follow both oral and written information & instructions in English, including the use of spelling, grammar & punctuation
  • Ability to read at a level sufficient to understand documents containing titles & codes
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Driven to meet set internal production deadlines and quotes along with maintaining project standards
  • Ability to work independently & collaborate when necessary with team members in an open environment with nearby proximity to other workers
  • Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis which includes but is not limited to:
  • Repeat motions involving fingers, hands, wrists, arms
  • Reach laterally and vertically, up to 3 feet
  • Ability to sit in a stationary position for long periods of time if required
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
