The Corporate Operations Group exists to operationalize the Databricks corporate strategy by leading the optimization of programs, processes, and cross functional initiatives to scale the business for continued hyper-growth. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Strategy & Operations and focuses on leading our international expansion across countries, verticals, and cloud service providers.

- Operationalize our international growth strategy, leading expansion in high priority geographies
- Conduct analysis, evaluate opportunities, and drive investment by country, industry, and cloud
- Align investments in GTM, Ops, and Product to maximize the return on invested capital
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving sustainable growth across our global business

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 1 Pay Range : $110,300 — $195,000 USD
