We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our outstanding organization as a Director of Sales on our Healthcare team. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of Enterprise Account Executives and you will be measured by your team's overall quota attainment, and new business acquisition. This is a team of motivated sellers so we are looking for someone who is comfortable leading teams and has a deep understanding of the Healthcare space.The impact you will have : Promote Revenue Success : Build and exceed your teams quarterly / annual sales targetsBuild and Implement Strategic Plans : Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tacticsCreate Trust-Based Relationships : develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationshipsDistill Customer Needs and Value : Help your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value propositionManage the Voice of Databricks : Lead your team to communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsWhat we look for : Experienced (7 years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a hybrid inside / field sales team.4 years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite.4 years of experience selling against open source or freemium.Demonstrated track record delivering working towards personal and team goals while to up-level your processAbility to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team first mindsetCoach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives including and not limited to prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation tacticExcellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to the C Suite.Willing to travel ( Bachelor's degree required.Pay Range TransparencyDatabricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range.
