Reporting to the Sr. Director, Brand Design, the Senior Designer, Digital & Web will create inspiring and engaging digital touchpoints that bring the Databricks brand to life online.
We are looking for a hands-on designer who excels and has a track record in creating innovative, scalable digital experiences and who is skilled in web and digital design best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values forward-thinking design and creativity.
The impact you will have :
- Design and maintain digital design systems, templates, grid structures, and layout principles that align with the Databricks brand language across web platforms.
- Deliver engaging and user-friendly digital experiences , including websites, landing pages, emails, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, web) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve the Databricks digital presence , ensuring it delivers on our design and brand attributes and remains fresh, modern, and relevant across all platforms.
- Translate business goals into compelling digital design solutions that are optimized for performance, accessibility, innovation, and SEO.
- Continually innovate and introduce fresh approaches to enhance the user experience and visual impact of Databricks' digital assets.
