Mission
As the Databricks Receptionist, your job is to ensure that everyone who walks through the Databricks door feels at home. You are the face and first impression of Databricks as a company. You will maintain an office environment so that guests and employees alike have a positive experience. You will see many parts of the business and be closely involved in the daily operations of the Databricks office and culture. We are currently growing at a rapid pace, and you will be the glue that holds everything together as we continue to revolutionize big data.
Outcomes
- Maintains office and lobby with respect to cleanliness, culture, and overall attitude, when it comes to interacting with everyone who enters the doors, providing excellent customer service
- Adequately prioritizes and completes administrative tasks and assignments while still focusing on greeting guests
- Is the face and gatekeeper for Databricks. Represents the company, and sets the mood and tone for everyone coming in and out of the office

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
