Job Description

A Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter at DDN (DataDirect Networks) would be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company's sales, marketing, customer success, and alliance & partnerships teams. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role is crucial for supporting our growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of sales recruitment with an understanding of the technical sales landscape, with a critical focus in the AI marketplace. This is a remote contractor opportuntity.

Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates for GTM roles through various channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and talent databases.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, strategic experience, and cultural fit within DDN.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across GTM functions to understand their unique needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
  • Process Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote DDN and partner with marketing for ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships, with a proven track record of placing top-performing professionals.
  • 5 years of recent GTM recruiting experience in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, including sales methodologies, marketing tactics, customer success metrics, and revenue-related KPIs.
  • Understand the unique requirements of hiring in the AI, HPC, data storage markets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS) iCIMS, and sourcing platforms to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and self-motivation.
