Synthetic Testing aims to preemptively detect and prevent issues from ever surfacing to end-users. Through proactive polling of APIs, network paths, critical user journeys and more, the goal is to identify degraded experience and prevent it from reaching production automatically.
In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for Datadog's Synthetics Testing product, driving innovation to address evolving customer needs. You will develop and execute strategies to help customers automatically identify degraded experience and prevent it from reaching production.

What You'll Do :
- Lead a team of product managers to drive the growth and success of Datadog's Synthetics Testing products.
- Develop a deep understanding of Synthetics Testing customers, use cases and competitors.
- Co-define and build the next generation of Synthetics Testing features to contribute to the Datadog unified platform and make advanced use cases accessible to all Datadog users.
- Figure out how to use new technologies to make tests creation simpler and more automated for Developers and QA teams
- Collaborate with other Product teams in Datadog to maintain and improve Datadog products correlation and help customers identify incidents root cause and navigate through telemetry faster
- Partner with marketing and cross functional teams including sales, customer success , support teams and your own engineering team, to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for Synthetics Testing features
