We are looking for a Senior Manager to operate as Chief of Staff to the VP of Tech Recruiting to ensure our ambitious recruiting team roadmap moves forward swiftly to meet the needs of our growth as we scale. You’ll be focused on identifying and executing key project delivery that moves our efficacy as a team forward, as well as leading the leaders within tech recruiting toward the next evolution of process and organizational refinements for scale. Your role will be to ensure that information, decisions, culture and processes are enhanced and more effective as we scale.You Will : Be a sounding board to the VP and Recruiting leaders on new ideas and roadmapsMake prioritization and decision-making more efficient and well-understoodSub in for any interim gaps in leadership to carry hiring forwardDrive quarterly goal planning (OKR) alignment and execution in collaboration with the recruiting leadersDevelop project management and regular best practices across the leadership teamMonitor progress, follow through on action items, help pick owners and provide project management for the execution of plansOwn key rhythm of business across tech recruiting (leadership meetings, quarterly all hands meetings, promotion calibrations, global tech recruiting summits, OKRs, Roundtables, etc.)Deal with complex issues and ambiguous situations; reduce them to their simplest expression and drive for clear outcomesEnsure solid recruiting budget management (headcount as well as spending)Ensure flawless communication strategy and engagement on all prioritiesAmplify the VP’s communication internally and raise topics to herBuild strong performance management culture, KPI planning and global success metrics across recruiting organizationYou Are : A recruiting professional with 15 years of successful recruiting experience in-house and experience leading leaders Excellent at project management experience, driving projects to completionExperienced in operationalizing process improvementsGreat at leading and implementing change by understanding how organizations work and getting things over the finish lineHighly organized, proactive, and efficientA critical thinker with demonstrated ability to find and weave data into the decision-making process, in order to simplify problemsSomeone with great interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the leadership team and across the companyStrong analytically in Excel and data analysisDatadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation.
