- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, business value, and strategic objectives. Ensure it is well-defined and organized for the development team.
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including data governance teams and business professionals, to gather and define business requirements. Translate these needs into actionable product specifications and user stories.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape related to healthcare data analytics and exchange.
Data Integration and Quality Improvement:
- Analyze data sources to identify opportunities that would enhance data engineering development and enhance value creation.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure successful product delivery, facilitating communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
